11th Admission New Schedule declared for 2nd Round for Mumbai updated

● New submission & Updation of options in Part-2 for the second regular round
▪︎ Application form i.e. Part-1 edits, Lock & Verify is done.
▪︎ New student can also submit their Part-1 & Part-2 during this time.
▪︎ Online Verification of Form Part-1 by secondary schools/Guidance centres.

Note- Only Part-2 Locked students will be considered for allotment.
So students are supposed to get their form Part-1 verified and submit/Lock their Option form Part-2 within the due deadline before 8 pm 2nd Sep 2021.

03-09-2021 Time reserved for DATA PROCESSING
Preparation of Merit list of eligible Candidates, Allotment etc.
Audit of allocation by divisional CAP committees.

▪︎ Display of Jr. College Allotment List on the portal.
▪︎ Display of allotted Jr. College for admission in student’s login.
▪︎ Display of allotted students lists is concerned college’s login.
▪︎ Display of cut-off list for the Admission Round.
▪︎ SMS alert to students.

If a student wants to take admission to the allotted Jr. College then to click on
‘Proceed for Admission’ in student Login then Upload required documents and
confirm admission to the allotted Jr. College.
▪︎ If a student doesn’t want to take admission in the allotted Jr. College can wait for
a further round.
▪︎ Admission Confirmation, Rejection & cancellation by Jr. College in its Login.
Note: –
1. Students who have been allotted first preference, it is compulsory to take admission in the allotted Jr. College. If such students (first preference allotted) fail to take admission, they will be blocked for further Regular Rounds and will be considered during Special Round only.
2. If a student wishes to cancel his/her admission, confirmed in Previous CAP Rounds, can request the concerned junior college, and get his admission cancelled. Collect the admission cancellation receipt.
Such students who have cancelled their admissions will be restricted for further
Regular rounds and will be considered during Special rounds only.
