The Education Department (Secondary and Higher Secondary), Pune, has started the centralized online admission process for 11th grade for the academic year 2025-26. This process is divided into several stages and is very important for students and parents.
First Round: Basic Admission Process

June 5, 2025: Release of provisional general merit list

June 6-7, 2025: Time for raising objections and corrections
Registration Details:
From May 26 at 11 AM to June 3 at 6 PM, students can submit their applications online. They can choose a minimum of one and a maximum of ten junior colleges. Students can apply under both the quota and general categories at the same time. If they don’t get admission in one round, they can change their preferences for the next round.

Merit List and Objection Process:

On June 5, 2025, the provisional general merit list will be published.

From June 6 to 7, students and parents can submit objections or correction requests. The Deputy Director of Education will oversee this process.
Quota System and Special Arrangements:

On June 8, 2025, the final general merit list, including various quota categories (minority, administrative, and management quotas), will be released.

Admissions under these quotas will happen in the zero round, and college-level lists will be provided by the department.
Admission Confirmation Process:

June 9-10, 2025: Merit list preparation and allocation by the CAP (Centralized Admission Process) committee will be completed.

On June 10, the detailed list of colleges will be published on the portal, and students can check their allocated college in their student login.
Important Instructions:

From June 11 to 18, 2025, students must visit the assigned college, get their documents verified, and confirm admission.

If a student does not want to take admission in the assigned college, they can participate in the next round.

The process of confirming, rejecting, or adding more preferences will continue through the college login.
