• The FYJC registration fee has been reduced to ₹100, a welcome decision for students.

• Fill Form: Enter all required details in the application form.
• College Preferences: List your preferred courses and colleges in order. You can choose multiple options.
• Check Form: Review and “lock” the form. Once locked, changes are not possible.
• Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of your 10th-grade marks, caste certificate, proof of residence, etc.
• Pay Fee: Pay the fee online.
• Lock Options: Lock your preferences after filling them. Changes are not allowed after locking.
• Submit Form: Verify all details and submit the form.
• Download Receipt: Save and print the application receipt.

2. Click on “New Student Registration.”
3. Enter your SSC seat number, year, board, mobile number, email, security question, and password.
4. Receive an application ID after registration.

1. Log in and go to the Part 2 form.
2. Select preferred colleges and streams (Science, Commerce, Arts, etc.).
3. Upload documents:
   • SSC marksheet (or equivalent)
   • Transfer certificate
   • Caste certificate (if applicable)
   • Domicile certificate (if required)
   • Aadhaar card
   • Passport-size photo
     (All documents should be between 200 KB and 1 MB.)
4. Submit the form and save the receipt.

2. Open category students get 55% seats, while 45% are for reserved categories based on merit. Fees will follow institutional rules.
3. The admission form has two parts. In Part 1, fill and verify details. In Part 2, select up to 10 colleges by code. Submit after filling.
4. If assigned your first-choice college, submit original documents to confirm admission. If you don’t confirm, you can’t join later rounds but can participate in a special round with online consent.
5. Arts Margarete, Commerce, and Science admissions follow the centralized process, while HSVC vocational courses are offline.
6. Students can choose one stream per round but can change streams in later rounds.
7. Submitting fake documents will lead to legal action. Altering 10th-grade marksheets will disqualify you from the process.
8. If multiple students have the same marks, the older student gets priority based on date of birth.
9. Four merit-based rounds will be held, followed by an “Open to All” special round showing vacant seats online. Students get two days to choose higher secondary schools or junior colleges for remaining seats.
10. Arts, Commerce, and Science admissions are centralized, while vocational courses are online/offline.

• Fill at least one preference and up to 10 preferences for online admission.
• If you don’t confirm admission after being selected, you can’t join the second, third, fourth, or Open to All rounds.
• If there’s a mismatch between form details and submitted documents, admission will be denied until the special round.
• A caste certificate is mandatory for reserved category admissions.
• Pay fees as set by private colleges per government rules.
• A special “Open to All” round follows the four regular rounds.
